Charity Fund of Ustin Maltsev will take part in the Charity Meeting «Tree of Life»

   "The Tree of Life" - it is an informal, non-profit association of charitable and social organizations, individuals and legal entities which have or are ready to assist to patients of children's department of the National Cancer Institute.
   On the agenda of the first Charity Assembly - raising funds for the purchase of modern modular endoprostheses, installing of which - an alternative to amputation in children. Every year in the department of pediatric oncology of the National Cancer Institute are performed about 25 operations, without amputation. Allocated funds from budget is enough (1 mln. hryvnas) for the purchase of seven modern endoprostheses every year. But this is not enough to fully solve the problem for all children, which need of prosthetics. The remaining children get native endoprostheses, which greatly inferior in quality, with high risks of complications and loss of limbs.
   We know that charity is a sign of a healthy and humane society. We hope that the establishment and activity of the Charity Assembly "Tree of Life" will make an expensive medical care available to all, who need it, give to children, suffering from cancers, the chance to return to normal life.
